One of the most fabulous things about the Cannes Film Festival is you can hop on a train for a break and end up here, at Antibes. Wow! Stunning, so old and beautiful. You can pretend you have just discovered this phenomenal place and it's your own secret. If only those millions of visitors, billionaires and historians would just keep quiet.

A visit to nearby Saint Paul de Vence for an ice cream & stay for dinner & then on to a party

An amazing medieval town, every corner is perfectly fascinating and film inspiring
